The 2nd Russian Open Aquatic Plants Layout Contest 2011 (ROAPLC2011) celebrates
its award winners, and the ceremony, starting with the performance of Russian
ballet, is organized with exciting contents including roll-out of the winning
works, comments on the winning layouts from juries and Takashi Amano, and nano
tank aquascaping contest. After the ceremony, there will be Gala Dinner in honor
of the winners of the Contest. The Banquet will be held in the "Red" Hall of
President Hotel.
